In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact us immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your item arise. Please send us a photo of the item and details about your concern. If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately upon reception and inspection of the item to organise a refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPMENT ISSUES
Kasia's Canvas is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking. Items are posted with insurance covering its value for the rare case that the item goes missing in transit. Replacements will not be made for artwork or products damaged by the recipient.
